Most of the times your guests won’t cook at home, so the closer to the restaurants they are located, the more happier they are.

I live in California, and you would be shocked at the hoards of illegal money that gets filtered into real estate deals by drug cartels and growers wanting places to grow pot etc.

OR - they cook up "service failures" to attempt to justify their constant needling.

Obviously there's something to be said about doing it on your own so you don't have too many cooks in the kitchen, but what does everyone think about getting into your first purchase with others to help learn and cover costs?
