Prefer the North side of town, but anywhere in the metro would be awesome!

Most of the properties I've seen are in areas like Lancaster, Balch Springs, Seagoville, Grand Prairie, between Cedar Crest and I-20, west of Dallas Executive Airport, East Arlington, Southeast Arlington, Southeast Ft Worth, and North Richland Hills.

My top recommendations for finding a vacation rental on the coast, North to South, are Seaside, Rockaway Beach, Pacific City/Neskowin, Lincoln City, Florence, Bandon.

North Stonington has been and still is a desirable market.

If you're looking for really cheap, look north where you can find homes in much nicer rural areas.
