If you'd be the only property without central AC or with older electrical work then I'd recommend fixing that, but if it's more common to be without these then you should be find.

Chandler doesn't have much inventory in the way of 2-4-plexes as that area is a suburb of Phoenix and is almost exclusively single family residences,with apartment complexes sprinkled throughout the area.

If they are unwilling to use the methods you require, give them the opportunity to move out and start with a new resident.

Hi Guys,in FL,HOA is foreclosing on a house in a week - Lien of 25k.the property also has a 1st position loan (Reverse mortgage)  that also just started proceedings with no set date or "Final Judgement" numbers yet.On the details of the 1st reverse mortgage foreclosure, its only mentioned that there is 320k principal balance due.The original note of the 1st was issued 2009, with a total sum of 650k, payble up to 2081 (!!).

If there are other three units nearby with the same configuration, you have a chance, but the costs will still be there.
