Think about it:  If you have a 3 bed 2 bath townhouse in Woodbridge and list on Zillow/Craigslist, you have to wait for tenants to find it themselves, then sift through all the junk inquiries.

Prices are sky rocketing with interest rates for Seattle/Bellevue/Bothell etc ,is it still good time to buy or wait?

Any recommendations on a company to provide inexpensive insurance on a vacant house while waiting for it to sell? 

I suppose I was waiting for an ideal time, but it has become obvious that the timing will never be ideal.

I don't want to wait to take the saved income and equity to buy more property.
