I also think that it is a specially unique time in Tucson for the house being worth this much and am speculating it won't be this high for quite some time.

I think the arrangement that you have described is an extremely unique situation.  

I thought it was a  Unique story so I shared it.

Based on all of the variables involved; roths, roth conversions, capital gains, depreciation recapture, other income sources, SS, etc, each situation is unique and I assume we will need to create multiple scenarios.

It’s like the nutrition and diet market out there for real estate; it’s hard to know how to navigate and who to trust.

However, I am in a bit of a unique situation and not sure what the ideal option or strategy is.
