The premiums vary depending on a variety of circumstances .

They are now giving “extenuating circumstances for Covid-19” much like if a guest calls and says their brother died and they let them out if the cancelation policy.

Without knowing the circumstances of the sale, I would assume something is going on for the owner to drop it this cheaply. 

Then we are going to feel MUCH better about trying to help them.The unfortunate part is that Tenant's of all kinds (some of which are Landlords TOO) smell free stuff and they start grabbing for it.

I wish I had some magic advice to offer-unfortunately not.

Maybe tell the tenant you understand, given the circumstances finding a new place is tough and let this blow over.
