Hi @Eddy Wehbe, brokers are doing the work that you don't want and, in a lot of cases, can't do (think of connecting you to branches that understand and are able to help investors, providing mortgage products that normally wouldn't be offered, getting rates that direct banks are not giving).

I understand that the rezoning process can be difficult, but if I (as a real estate agent) happened upon a larger plot of land with dozens of acres, how much sense would it make to find a list of residential developers here in OK as well as surrounding states to market that land to?
