I get tired of fake stories on "Flip that House".

I'm not so much craving the speed and tire chewing as I am the low grumbling growl when I idle up to a stop sign.

All these program hucksters know that it's much harder to find a deal than to resale information in a package and charge a fee.When they get tired of deal hunting they start selling info and then have an army of ants bring them deals to find the best ones to work on.No doubt they have made serious money on deals with their systems but they always paint it as so easy to achieve.It's all about the money.I agree that most things you can find from the source instead of buying or paying for repacked info.

Got tired of dealing with all of the sellers issues in trying to get their house bought.

For example you could be happy with $0.00 to $100 per door in a neighborhood that boasts consistent appreciation but you would be quickly defeated with that same $100/door strategy in a neighborhood where your tenant is just one flat tire away from not paying rent.

I've definitely had my share of tire kicker buyers.

I'm just tired of what seems to be lackluster growth that is probably the result of my own negligence. 

Now she was at a point that she was just sick and tired of the bad renters & repairs every time a renter moved in & out and she just wanted to get rid of it.She then tells me she owes about $26,000 to a private lender and it will take 30K for her to walk away.

I am tired of people calling me and my relatives with lowball offers.
