Which tip do you wish you knew when you start investing?

Wanted to hear what tips there are for me to try and start buying a property so I can house hack.

Since they work in the business on a regular basis, they may be able to give you some tips and perhaps refer a few lenders to you.

The cheapest quote I have gotten is $2800 is there any advice or tips that anyone has for me on how to get a more affordable flood insurance.

My score is currently around 650 with limited lines of credit (student loan and 1 credit card) I haven’t noticed a change in score for about 2 months now and I make all my payments on time and carry a Low balance on my credit card...Are there any tips on how to boost my score ?

I further read tips on re-fi under a conventional loan but transfer the property under the LLC.

You may be able to hit that in years 1-4 but hold long enough and 2% will not do the trick, I can almost guarantee that.Cash flow may not come in year one or two and may have to be acquired through a fantastic purchase price, repositioning of the asset or adding another unit (ADU).
