NY Investor with a Portfolio for Sale…any tips?

Happy Saturday everyone,

I’ve been at this for a few years now, buying, flipping, holding/renting, etc.  I’m thinking of trying to package a few properties to interest someone looking for a portfolio of sorts.

Any advice?  The main property is a 2 family that’s occupied and creates good cash flow, my only reason for selling is to realize the equity and use it for a renovation elsewhere.

I look forward to hearing any comments or suggestions.
