@Nicholas HamblenEach situation is a little different to say what is ideal and what is not, but what I can say is that we have many clients who enjoy having a rental property in their IRA that brings in a steady stream of rental payments to their IRA. 

Some expenses will hold fairly steady to the owners T12, like utilities.

While I want to scale and grow quickly, I know that slow and steady wins the race, especially being able to do so and avoid bankruptcy...

My credit history here in Japan is good: steady job with good salary, all payments paid on time, etc.

US inventory is so low still that property prices are steady but likely to continue to grow upward. 

Lots of people have severe sleep disorders and greatly benefit from running very low bedroom temperatures for decent sleep quality.
