Then again I find it wise not to poke bears in the eye.Mortgage appraisers ARE NOT low-ballers.They pretty much hit the contract price.If they don't, they get starved out because, their phone stops ringing...SoI would advise that people seriously consider that it may in fact be themselves that have over-valued their property before getting angry with the appraiser and jumping to the conclusion the appraiser must be "wrong" or "inaccurate" - lol.I'm still not exactly sure how an opinion can be wrong...And lets not over-look this next fun fact.
