@Michael Ash in addition to calling the police, you could ask them to back it up with photos or video, everyone has a smart phone these days so that shouldn't be to hard, assuming it is really happening.Could just be they have a large, close family that likes to visit, there is certainly no crime against that.

Here is something no one has mentioned yet:If you make this industry your business (takes a lot of work), then you can potentially deduct your losses.Not good for this year, but something to think about if you eventually decide you want to do this as a job.

I've been in the automotive repair industry in all capacities from owner to consultant... it's past time to move on.Our plan is to diversify our cash and live modestly from rental property.

Trending currently anyway is industrial, interior metal conduit, open pex pipping.

This is very common in the banking industry.   

I would like to repurpose the property away from lodging operations which is not a consistent revenue generating proposition and into a long term land-lease agreement from any industry sector company who will use the building/land to fit their needs?
