. - Property 2 Missing Sidings / Rotting trim under windows (which I'll be abel to fixed)

The windows and doors are boarded up at the moment.

There is fairly new vinyl windows, siding, gutters are new.

We didn’t offload a property a few blocks over that we had dumped new windows, porch, carpet, kitchens into.

Our biggest issue is there's a second floor with one small room (with a window) and two unused spaces on either side of that rooom with slated ceilings.

The used the battering ram on the doors and windows to gain entry.

The issue (for the banks and auctioneers) as I see it is the auction opens some 60 homes up to view for a 4 hour window, investors can't possibly look at all the homes, so they end up blind bidding.

I have considered offering a similar arrangement for window AC units but doubt it would be worthwhile due to the seasonal nature and added labor cost for installation and removal each year.I think that offering a washer and dryer is a nice amenity and can make a little money in the right situation (either from a laundry fee or as additional rent) but I doubt that the added cost and maintenance of coin operated machines would make it worthwhile in a 2 unit building.

We have another (multi-unit) in an other semi-rural town that requires permits for roofs, windows & outbuildings?

I'm paying rent now $2,000 per month, essentially throwing that money out the window.
