Ideal bedroom layout in a home
Hi there,
My partner and I bought a house with the intention of updating it and reselling. Our biggest issue is there's a second floor with one small room (with a window) and two unused spaces on either side of that rooom with slated ceilings. Do we a) spend the money and put in two rooms and a master bath plus widows etc or b) just make the upstairs a master bedroom with an ensuite? There's a second bedroom/office on the main floor and a third room in the basement which we could also easily add another room. Which would be more desirable? Option b would be cheaper for us but option a might be with the effort.....
