We have not decided if son will live in one of units ... initially considered but second thoughts after talking to a close friend that did similar and had big problems... right now most likely not, but possibly in future as his career becomes more stable and shows a bit more responsibility

If you owe credit card debt, pay that off first, if you are behind on bills pay those, if you are in a stable place and your credit is recovering, maybe you could consider this.

As a cultivation company I'd try my hardest to take that on as debt but unless you have a very experienced team, the right companies to collaborate with, and shelf space figured out you could be in for a rude awakening as to how hard it is to get paid in this industry
