I am wondering if anyone seeks out a wholesaler to find properties for them rather than relying on the MLS?

Hello,My name is Willie Barnes Jr.I currently own a logistics corporation, and seek to enhance my asset portfolio by efficiently and effectively investing in real estate.As a real estate investor, I currently specialize in wholesaling real estate, where I seek to truly add value to distressed home owners who are seeking opportunities to profit from properties they currently own.

Another advantage of having the legal entity is that it would look professional on a business card.  

Be pleasant and professional as if you were renting to them for the first time (you are).

If I was you, I would seek out a small local bank & try to obtain a commercial loan for each property you want to buy  .If you can't do that then I would seek out private money from somebody that you know or know of.I would also strongly suggest trying to get the owner to finance if you can.There are lots of ways to get money, but hard money lenders should probably be your last choice.
