I'm in Foster Powell, close to cafes and bars in the FOPO triangle.The duplex has been gutted and totally renovated, so pretty much everything has been replaced via a 203K loan.Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The status of those windows is noted on the tenants' condition reports they signed when they moved in.I have been doing upgrades to the property and just replaced all the windows.

Just be careful or just don't do it to eliminate this risk.As for the money with your parents, if they haven't said "yes you can borrow that when you need to replace the plumbing in two of your units", then I wouldn't count on it.

I am new but old to BP as I originally joined back in the middle of 2014 and was following along until I began searching for a new job (Engineering)that was closer to home (was commuting Chicago to Aurora before) and of course offered more money and better career growth.
