The seller will also have to pay a relocation fee to the renter at this time.If you are comfortable taking on the renter, you can close 30 days after this date.  

My wife and I are looking to relocate to North Carolina.

I done some research and found out that I need to give them a 90 day notice, my question is since it's not on rent control, I do not need to pay for relocation fees ? 

Relocated to Delaware , didn’t work out sold my first property (broke even) now I’m back in NY (Staten Island ).    

Hey @Tomasz Kaminski I'm fine with them relocating, but I want to see that they had a job wherever they came from.

However, I did read that out of state guarantors may be difficult to collect from.The couple is from Michigan and are relocating to the area do to husbands work related training.

Maybe I'll have to relocate to pursue a real estate career.
