Los Angeles Section 8
Hello every one, I'm in the process of buying a building in Los Angeles that is not on Rent Control. The building has 3 units all on section 8 and have not renewed a lease for many years and are now on month to month. The current owner does not want to deal with vacating them. I done some research and found out that I need to give them a 90 day notice, my question is since it's not on rent control, I do not need to pay for relocation fees ?
Thanks : Memo
