A lot of insurance companies won't write a third party that doesn't have a financial claim/stake on the property as "additional insured".

It would likely attract a solar company, but not sure yet.Is there a way/clause to make an offer to get time for due diligence to contact solar companies?

I was thinking the same, as long as I can verify it's a reputable company and stating that the stove will remain when they vacate the property.
