My advice would be to not take the first investment that randomly came around, but instead to shop around.

Then I would go and knock on the door at random times.

I am getting a little frustrated when the trustee starts to randomly postpone the sale of properties without my knowledge (me meaning the beneficiary).

@Roy N.Update for everyone - I randomly was at the house last week when police arrived to arrest her bf who is the co-tenant.

We found a few random good deals after that but now it is very difficult. 

I have enough transactions on Stessa now that they start to produce inconsistent reports (they would randomly lose one transaction and the transaction will appear the next time I query again).

@Anthony G I'm 3 hours away, its not too bad, but I'm just thinking longer term on how to automate the process.I'm most just concerned about some random person walking through my house, but if I've pre screened them, and I'm live on the phone with them, I might be ok with the risks

Just a random curious question because im in las vegas and always see lots of land for sale or vacant and was wondering what kind of investors chase lots.
