What's the best credit union in Atlanta to help with funding deals with a personal loan and build a long term relationship?

Cash flow not primary focus for at least another 10 years but rather asset value growth but would not want negative cash flow.Anti-Goal: Not risk personal assets, no stressful work, not very handy to do much work myself.What I am looking for:1.

I'm already migrating away from Quickbooks next year, so I will no longer be an Intuit customer for any of their products.There are several other options -YNAB, Empower/Personal Capital, Quicken Simplifi, Monarch Money, etc.

This is true even if the same person or group of people own both LLCs.

Are there ever any networking events that meet on weekends in person?

My personal policy is with State Farm and so is my landlord policy held under my LLC...and the 2 cannot be accessed online except if my insurance agent connects them...which she has repeatedly said is not possible despite State Farm tech support saying that's the only way. 

I personally like to use 3 different resources to get a good sense of what rents ACTUALLY trade for in a new market :)!

So instead of driving around you can use pin to find the property and the person.  

I called them and they said they cannot open a bank account in such a way that the owner of one bank account is another LLC entity (holding/parent), it has to be a person owning the account.How do you open a bank account in this situation, which banks have you opened an account with the above setup?
