Although the numbers look great I wouldn't buy anything bigger than a 3 bed house in a C class area.There will mostly like be drama on a regular basis with numerous vacancies.Just my opinion.Thanks

So pretty much every post on Craigslist, Linkedin, Facebook anywhere and everywhere that we see someone selling or that has access to properties in the areas we are after we will connect with them and tell them our criteria.We also have numerous bird dogs looking for deals for us.

I caution you on dealing with Nudge and all of it's numerous entities.

My info was pulled from numerous sources from numerous areas of the country including CA (which has very strict rules from what I found)Is this true or is it just 30 day notice here in VA? 

This is invaluable, especially when you locate numerous investors who want to work with you.
