Different agents/sellers will feel differently about this, and it's possible that there are circumstances that will dictate whether the agents want the buyer and seller communicating directly or not.As a buyer, I like to speak directly with the seller, but it's protocol to work through the agents until they agree it's okay...

What I perceive as a sin certainly isn't by, yes, I'll say it, younger members, those with fewer times around the block, it's a lack of communication and probably much my fault as I don't really like to type and say things along a short path,I just hate hype, I'm pretty conservative, I don't like flaunting success or money in people's faces, I know it's not necessary to sell or convey ideas or teach.

Especially ridiculous that this buyer's agent thinks that defects communicated verbally by an inspector can/must be treated differently than defects communicated in writing.Then again, perhaps I'm the idiot...
