A little trick I use as well is to communicate with your local property management companies and ask if any of their clients have properties their looking to get rid of.Sometimes it's hit or miss but it can be very effective.

What I perceive as a sin certainly isn't by, yes, I'll say it, younger members, those with fewer times around the block, it's a lack of communication and probably much my fault as I don't really like to type and say things along a short path,I just hate hype, I'm pretty conservative, I don't like flaunting success or money in people's faces, I know it's not necessary to sell or convey ideas or teach.

Especially ridiculous that this buyer's agent thinks that defects communicated verbally by an inspector can/must be treated differently than defects communicated in writing.Then again, perhaps I'm the idiot...
