FNMA offer appeared accepted now it isn't
Took my first leap and offered on a FNMA Homepath property. Series of events over two weeks:
Offer > multiple offer highest and best > highest and best made > FNMA counter > counter accepted > system updates shows offer accepted and under contract > LA calls saying offer accepted > 4 days later LA says it isn't accepted > phone call to FNMA they say it shows offer accepted and under contract > FNMA now says it isn't > Homepath online still shows offer accepted and under contract.
Is this normal?
