I am keen to share this knowledge with fellow members, especially those who are navigating the complexities of real estate investment for the first time.I believe that learning is a two-way street.

Agents will also be able to assist in sourcing, negotiating a deal before and after inspections, may have access to off-market deals, market analysis for renting and guidance in navigating regulations.  

Only problem is I've never taken on an endeavor like this and need guidance on the process, how to navigate the laws, how to determine any investment I'd need etc.
