Is this a multi family or a single family rental?

I’m finally getting started with a multi unit.

I made an offer on a multi, which included 93% seller financing.

There's also an exception in the zoning code for allowing a 2-flat if 60% of the buildings on the same side of the street are also multi-unit (though then you might have FAR issues).

Hello All,I am looking to connect with residential land developers and/or construction companies with multi-family (duplex) experience in the DFW area.

Just curious how did you find the owners contact info for the multi family?

So far this project seems to be paying about what they advertised but they are slow as hell getting out reports and documentation.

However, Google seems to suggest that the interest rate could be quite high and lenders won't lend as much since the land is vacant.To put my situation in context, I am currently working a W-2 job and my family and I are renting, so I am hoping to find a suitable multi-family property such as a duplex to move into for a house hack.

But I had a question about buying and holding a multi family property.
