Based on what I've seen, it snows into April there so you'll be up against mother nature for about 6 months and this looks like it'll be a 4-6 month project.If you could get the price super low, it may be a better option to wholesale/wholetail it and move on to something less extensive unless you have the experience, crew, and monetary backing to pull off such a project.

I am a first time buyer and currently I am renting myself but I found a good deal in SF but of course with some caveats:3 units / 3 eviction (3 units, 2 claiming protected status ( while we know elderly people were moved to these units recently its hard to prove it in court)3 new recent owners, one owner(myself) intend to move in , another owners mother might want to move in (not sure in reality if that can happen) building and units are in horrible shape and requires major work, Might be eligible for eviction based on Substantial Rehabilitation not sure what's required for thisCurrent condition might be even safety and health issues for current tenants.

Recently My Mother Discovered that she (as well as my Aunts) all inherited land 5.9 each, that nobody knows what to do with it (other then me) we are not looking to sell the land as it was left by my late granddad, since i want to get into real estate anyways is there any investors looking to invest in a new develop (as i want to develop a affordable Community ) please contact me if you have any interest.
