No smoking in the house, maybe not even outside, no loud music (I added no Rap or Metal), minimal phones...You have to be the leader and make them respect you.

I want to be smart with the minimal cash that I have and make sure that I am buying a great deal to protect myself.

With co-hosting this is minimal effort and seemingly a lot of liability on both sides. 

I don't think anyone will get mad at you, but also also don't think anyone will call you if you pitch it like this... instead of telling people what they should think, maybe buy a mailing list and reach out about what you can do for them.
