Another good way to "jump start" your education is to find experienced AND legit investors in your local REIA.

I get that but to me there are other things you can take calculated risks on.. this property is now right across the street from the Graton casino hotel built next door up zoned etc..

I believe I could manage it but it is a legit concern.

I'm saying this one is legit, well organized and has perks.

Alot of people have already commented....but I just wanted to throw this out there...When determining what si fraud or not in these types of circumstances, it really comes down to intent.The second purchase sounds legit because they bought the house and got an owner occ loan on it with the intent to live in, and now they do.

Worth noting I would NEVER charge a fee for a legit service animal.

Although I have read some of the people on Fast Money and they seem legit-but they're traders and their MO is to go with the flow and change their positions as needed.
