I would definitely always do your numbers conservatively though when analyzing the deal because this is not guaranteed and can be very risky if you rely on the higher number!

the Mgt LLC becomes the landlord, and the Title holding entity is basically fallow (except annual funds transfers since the Mgt LLC has to payout to its client sometime for a legality I think).LLC's have employees.

I would definitely talk to a CPA, but I believe you'll already maxing out your home since you're using it as your homestead and writing off the mortgage interest.
