Working at a PMC would allow you to be paid hourly or salary while learning about the industry.

While the rent is guaranteed, I learned that the maintenance issues far outweighed any rent guarantees.Section 8 conducts yearly inspections which is great. 

I will simply buy the item, then hire someone to go and pick it up and put it in storage.

Learn about the loan products you're trying to market to make sure you're adequately representing your client.A VA loan is assumable by anyone - not just those who qualify for a VA loan through their service.

Jason,They'll do an estimate of the repairs and you can start with that, BUT I would urge you to get a contractor you trust involved and then they can discuss items back and forth.
