Looking for Experience in Real Estate Notes

My name is Rijul Gupta. I am a student at Boston University studying Mathematical Finance. I recently read a few books about Real Estate Note Investing and am really interested in the field. However, I would like to gain some practical experience in the world of Notes as well.  I am very eager to learn about Note Investing and would like to gain some practical experience in the world of Note Investing. I would like to ask whether anyone would have anything I can help with on a volunteer basis. I am eager to contribute my time and effort to support the work in exchange for the invaluable experience and knowledge I would gain from the experience.
