A business partner recommended splitting rehab costs with owner and splitting the profits.

If I flip it today I can profit 182K.

Although I was able to make a profit on my first flip, I don’t think I will flip another house for a while.

From what I've seen the larger wholesalers are mostly advertising C's and D's, right? 

It has slowed some on the retail side, however investors are still buying property and employing BRRR and the other profitable strategies.
