Looking for KC Wholesalers
I grew up in KC and currently live in NW Washington. Looking to move into a few long term rentals, single family or small multifamily, in the KC market in 2019. Being out of town, I'm thinking B class properties will result in fewer headaches while still cash-flowing decently. Not chasing the highest cashflow at the cost of potential for appreciation or challenging neighborhoods. If you're a wholesaler or broker in the area, I'd be interested to hear about your favorite neighborhoods and chat about the work you're doing.
