Other investors - (FB Marketplace/Property Managers/Bandit signs) - Searching places that are for rent on FB marketplace and calling the owner, talking with my current PM and seeing if any landlords are looking to sell their properties, calling the number on bandit signs and seeing if they have anything for sale MLS - decent deals seem to be rare or I need my realtor to start essentially low balling very frequently until something sticksWholesalers - My networking is the lacking part - I'm on a few FB groups but 99.9% of the stuff is complete garbage.
