Selecting a national bank, or local bank with numerous branches is convenient.

@Cierra Seay We have invited loads of investors to Detroit to see it first hand.  

But self storage is a little different and I think we actually are more inviting with our flexibility.

Some will undoubtedly think I'm crazy, but I invite B&H investors who owns 5+ SFH to give their inputs on my thoughts about forgoing property insurance on my 3 SFHs.
