I'm the 2 hour seminar the instructor said that you will have access to investors that will fund your deals if the meet certain requirements.

I followed the instructions at this link and it was very smooth (took less than 30 minutes!)

They will instruct a party to continue under their guidance, bait the bad doer and move in on them or, they will have a "plant" buyer to make an offer or entice business and then nail them.

Also have instructions that say "Sorry, if you checked a "no" box, you do not qualifiy. 

For example, moving out a tenant includes about 30 steps like pulling their file, emailing them the move-out instructions, changing the lease in my software to "Active - Notice Given", stopping recurring charges and payments, prorating last month's rent, scheduling the pre-inspection, etc.

You need to give instructions in Spanish or whatever labor pool you can find.

I have one that goes out when they book, one the day they arrive and one the night before they leave with check out instructions.
