The instructors should teach you what you need to know to pass the exam.

So I am preparing the Move-Out Instruction Sheet for them (I found on here 2 great versions which I combined into 1 and adjusted to our particular situation, thank you very much who posted it!)

My guess is it is some REI instructors own idea of how to evaluate deals. 

Specifically i found that we had to coordinate keys, the seller move out, the closing times, wiring instructions, and various other little details to get the deal done... being this was our first one, it was unclear who communicates all of these as there was obviously no agents or brokers involved.  

One of the most well respected real estate attorneys here in the Dallas area instructed me to do it like this.

All of that said, before you hire a manager or take a course, look at the resume or Linked In profile of the manager/instructor.
