I found that New Member Introductions is a great way to tell your story and have experienced investors reach out to you to offer advice.

I became inspired to invest in real estate thanks to my father who handed me "Rich Dad Poor Dad" when I was a teenager, and who has income properties in Queens and Brooklyn.

I like this one in that I noticed right away that he did take the effort to break down some of the steps and try to paint a picture for you with the little stories.

Don't ask me how this person was still in there house cause i have no clue, but anyway the bank filed a lis/pendens vs the homeowner back in 08' long story short i found out that property had (a high) child support lien on it so i decided to bail on the sheriff sale and sit back and figured the back would take it at auction.

Detroit is like any other city with it's bad areas with one bonus...it has the extra benefit of the news media's love for the "story", and the "story" being that "one more time in Detroit".

Did you read actual state/county websites on the eviction process or someone's horror story?

that's a crazy story, I knew he had to tell the seller about my offer and he did but like your saying his broker makes the agents use the CAR forms.
