Meetup.com has several local groups and there are 3-4 active REIA groups.   

Some will put them up re-sell them to another group of suckers.   

I’m sure if you look Columbia has a reia group.

I run a construction group that mainly does high end stuff on the east side, Cle heights and Shaker heights.

I joined both groups. 

I was willing to pay almost anything.Although there are some like rotorooter or ones like that where you can get them to start right away but they'll charge 250 to 300 an hour.I asked a group of local investors (we get together once a month down here) if they had any plumber referrals.
