...taking another look, here's another idea (this is actually pretty big in Denver)...Call up various food truck vendors in your area and "sell" them a spot for their truck on certain days of the week.If the location is near various office buildings, lease the spot to the food truck vendors for the lunchtime crowds.

It's "more accurate" maybe in areas where all the houses are the same for miles, but generally I would take it with a grain of salt.It also sounds like someone who overpaid for the home and regrets it now.

I take what I see with a grain of salt, as Baltimore has its zips that are "criminally challenged", but that I would rent in given the right neighborhood.
