I am just looking for a boost in this field that I should have been in two years ago.  

We hit many dead ends and fielded tons of calls from suspects, not prospects; however, we landed a good one.

And my other renter has a permanent job in a plant-related field and has lived in RVs for several years previous to mine with his relatives and has 2 other relatives living in RVs long-term in this park.As far as how transient my renters are - I don't know. 

In any case, I would also recommend you set your keyword alerts for "student housing" to help you meet people who may be knowledgable in that field. 

I have a friend who is an expert in that field based out of the Tampa area. 

I'm excited to learn all of the new ways I can grow in the real estate field as an investor.  

Real estate is a large field, the information and contacts that you build through both venues will be invaluable.
