Any experienced real estate wholesalers please help.

I do not believe we have experienced a default on payments for the 80 years we have operated, but in such an instance the cooperative has right of first takeover, which banks understandably would not agree to.

So, what I'm asking is that if there are any experienced investors in the Eagle River/Anchorage area , especially ones with experience in small multi-family rental units, who would like to get some coffee on my dollar, I'd love to pick your brain for a bit.

I could not disagree more with those who disparage free advice, especially that given here on BP by experienced investors who want to help others, especially those just starting out.  

I want to learn from more experienced investors and I'll be more than willing to help out with whatever that may be needed, as volunteering or being paid.  

When I went to the Eviction presentation last year it included a presentation from a Real Estate Attorney as well as a panel from landlords experienced in evictions.http://towergrovecdc.org/cdbg-activities/landlord-...I found all of these resources really helpful when I was getting started, and the classes, like local RE groups, would include updates on important changes to local law.  

I am looking to find an experienced, successful investor I am a hard worker, not afraid of sweat equity and to work hard.

Haven't posted on BP in a while but always enjoy reading about what other experienced investors are talking about!

This is a issue any experienced investor has dealt with and it is very frustrating and exhausting.
