Experienced Wholesalers Please Help

Any experienced real estate wholesalers please help. I'm new and I'm in the process of doing my first deal but I need some help or input. I have both, a motivated seller and a cash buyer, sign an assignment agreement and a purchase and sale agreement and I'm not sure what to do with both of these contracts. Do I hand them over to a title company? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
