I am looking to begin building the company back up and begin growing/hiring when it makes sense.

I prefer markets like Indianapolis and Kansas City that have growing populations, growing jobs and good incomes.

Can someone please tell me what are the best growing counties/markets in or within 30 min driving from Austin? 

I'm in Maine if it helps, and not Portland/Lewiston but a rapidly growing city no less.

If you look at cities that are growing, such as Jacksonville, Nashville, Tampa, Dallas, and our favourite - Phoenix you will find great deals in C/B areas that have great cashflow and will also appreciate.Expect to pay more than 39k (also remember to include the exchange of 30%) but a lot less than $300k like that property in Peterborough you mentioned.

That city is growing, wonder what kind of tenants MTR would bring.
