What are the best growing markets in/around Austin Texas next 5 years?

Hi all you Texans.  I would love to get your feedback on the Austin market. I would like to move to Austin (as there are many like-minded entrepreneurs there) and want to live on a ranch with 2+ acres, so I can raise goats, chickens, and have fruit and vegetable garden.  Can someone please tell me what are the best growing counties/markets in or within 30 min driving from Austin?  I figured since Tesla is there, Austin is a promising market in the next 5 - 10 + years.
