My goal for my RE Investment Company:Mixed portfolio- 80% Single Family Rentals, 15% MF Rentals, and  5%Eventually Commercial ( When it makes Sense) First two years: (4) SF Rentals, (1) MF Rental.  

We are tearing down this house eventually and building a multifamily complex on the land.

My goal would be to eventually acquire the property, fix it up and sell it. 

Appreciate it very much.In the first option given below, when we do a quit claim on to our names,  will we be owning the property as tenants in common before the eventual sale of the property?

Not sure why they did that but ill get there eventually and looks like I may corner the uber market .

Eventually 10 years later getting to around a 100 units..I mainly want the s corp for tax benefits because i will be flipping/rehabbing to use the profit to pay for the down payment on conventional business loans.The other problem i thought i would run into without a llc and s corp is trouble getting the means to do a conventional business loan for a property.

I've had several owners on the hook and they eventually decided not to sell.

Because evictions take a while, what happens if I start the eviction process and they eventually do move out?

And if I engaged every one of them in the hope to eventually reach one of you, it'd average out low anyhow.If I've been working with a client, depending on our relationship, I'll certainly work with them on low/no commission deals.

If it's BS, "the neighbors dog is barking", "the neighbor parked in my spot" etc etc i just don't respond..they eventually get the hint.
