For Hampton roads I can recommend the Drying Co for insulation. 

It seems pretty cut and dry, but I was wondering if there is a work around.

We close loans in LLCs where the ink is still dry on the origination documents.

-Tenant shall refrain from disposing of things such as diapers, sanitary napkins, tampons, paper towels, wads of toilet paper, newspaper, children’s toys, matches, Q-tips, balls of hair, grease, oil, table scraps, clothing, rags, sand, dirt, or rocks into drains.

Pretty cut and dry. 

The only deals that I find that kind of have worked for me are distressed sales(short sales), but those are really drying/dried up.Do any of the folks on this thread, do bandit signs, mailers, driving for dollars, or absentee owner lists?

It saves me the cost of a turnover and if they have lived there for any length of time the pet "damage" (odor, hair, scratched up doors etc.) has already been done.  

Here are the signs I have seen so far :-We recently started to see some hair size cracks in the kitchen tiles following the same direction.

With help from @Brandon Hall and @Linda Weygant we will have our work around figured out before the ink is dry on the law. 

Just the fact that so many people have so many vastly different opinions means this situation isn't as cut and dry as many of you are making it out to be.
