I have worked at the Dry Cleaners for almost 5 years as its was my first Job out of high school and an easy one, but the potential for a substantial increase in income is nill due to the limited hours and potential for the business to expand.I was taking classes at College of San Mateo to pursue a degree in Physics, however, due to financial aid issues and my difficulty with Calculus, that has been put on hold. 

If it is not the property I am thinking of, I suspect you will still have difficulty executing your plan without any City asking questions.  

There are historical societies that will drive you insane not to mention the difficulty in finding material and fixtures to match.  

I'm also having difficulty getting my head around why I might not be able to pull the account out of the partnership, as long as there is enough liquid cash in the partnership to do so. 

I'm trying to get a home equity loan on a investment rental property but having difficulty finding a local lender.

At that point you can try and see if these are problems with the units themselves, property specific (management) or represent a more general trend in the market having difficulties filling a unit type.All of their units are 2 bedrooms so that concerns me.  

I find difficulty with finding buyers in the lower income properties and if I do they low ball the crap out of the sellers to the point where I don't even like to make them offers. 

Now the difficulty is that it's difficult to do anything in the beginning. 

In doing my research, I'm so-so on the Memphis market, but like some of the turnkey providers there with a long track record of credibility, trustworthiness and not disappointing investors, which is #1 in my mind.Some of the concerns I've read, but I understand may be skewed as I haven't read as much regarding other markets are: 1 - Difficulty finding tenants without financial judgement against them from PMs?

I want to know if there are any difficulties or concerns I should be aware of since I am currently serving.
